On pizza, yes or no. A good pizza should have mozzarella and that's it no chedders or colbys or artificial yellow stuff.

If you get a real Italian pizza it should be yellow. It would use Piacintinu cheese which is a bright yellow.

I'm from wisconsin. They throw all diferent types of cheese on over here. To me it doesn't matter as long as it tastes good. No limburger please. Gross.
