i didn't know how easy it was... 
until someone ...< Kayak's Juliet >
showed me where to look and what to copy ...
when you see a picture that someone posted that you like...
do what i did , to see how the person set it up
Hit <quote> on the posts that have graphics posted...
and see what has been entered to give you that picture
then go to that site...
I like glittergraphics... and then look on the page of the photo you want to copy...
for where you can copy the image...
it will begin and end with the abbreviation img in brackets
i hope you can understand
i haven't all the terminology
maybe someone else can explain it better
