slice, cube or do anything to your russets and throw em on the chicken or around the chicken breast and well i prefer a leg with it and cook all the chopped onion for one hour on 375. add garlic powder, pepper, and salt to chicken and even paprika. curry if you like also. serve with vegetables.

Now you're talkin! This sounds way better than the taco bell recipe. I'm gonna have to try this. Thanks.

What proportions are we talking about? Like, how much chicken are we using in this recipe compared to how much potato and onion? This sounds good and I want to try it but all I have is this really huge glass cooking dish so I don't know how well it would turn out unless it was mostly filled up.

Just improvise. I don't usually measure anything when I cook...and it comes out great. I love meat, potatos, and veggies equally. So, I would just add a lot of each.

Try three whole chicken breasts. Three whole onions. Three whole potatos. And, maybe add some extra veggies of choice.

If it's too much. Set aside, and refridgerate for future use.

Edit: This sounds like a casserole dish...so I would cook the ingredients first before baking them.
