He could do about $100K more a year. He turns away work. Some, like the mechanical, he doesn't like to do or doesn't have time to do.

He owns all the machines. He paid $13,500 for the building 4-5 years ago. If a job requires a tool or part that he doesn't have and can't make, he'll tell the customer (using the impliment dealers) to buy it and then he'll do the work.

Joe says he's retired. He initally got into the work because he has all these machines and bought the old creamery; people just started coming in with work for him to do.
