Sigh.. Jasi's dog hair clogged the shower drain last night; she ran off this morning, exploring because my son didn't think it was important to feed her in her pen--like mom said. Gage couldn't get her to come, but she's always up for a ride (thinks she's really going somewhere), so I went to my car, which had the keys locked inside....

My spare, I recalled was in the side door pocket.... I called to see if I had left another spare with someone else, no such luck. In all desperation, I check ALL the doors..what luck! The back driver's side is open.. <insert sigh of relief here>..

Jasi fell for the trick and hopped in with me, now safe at home, and I will be able to make it in to work the party this morning. Even more--I didn't have to shell anything out to a locksmith.

You know what all this is called? A lesson in patience and appreciation--God sometimes takes us through trying times to gain a little perspective on life, huh?
