Hmmm, I'm torn between two very different answers.
My first choice is to hop a plane to Vegas and party at The Palms or Tao! 
Second choice is to take my bike for a good 50+ ride. It's raining and really windy today though. Nix that and go to Vegas!! I'm kind of an Engergizer Bunny all the time. I love andrenaline!!!
