Introducing someone you're dating (or a fwb) to friends is different than saying "haha look what I have and you don't!" I don't think it's a bad thing at all to find out what friends think.

and when your friends compliment him and tell you positive things they think of him...does that not make you happy that they see these qualities too??

that is showing him off in a way

I've already told you what I think. You're determined to make it seem like I'm not telling the truth, for whatever reason. It's getting annoying.

Actually, what it caused was a revelation that he is a lot like my friend and the qualities I respect and admire and am drawn to are the same qualities that drew me to her. She agreed...and the two of them can't wait to schedule a hang out night....

What it caused was her understanding of what I like about him... and an understanding to me of why I liked him....

I thought so.... now when I talk to her she gets it. And he knows why I adore her so. And they like each other so much because they are so much alike it is scary.... but they don't know each other well enough yet to see it.

I notice the looks and comments but pretend not to because my boyfriend is downright jealous! He will stare them down and I swear it drives me crazy. When we are on his motorcycle though he loves it when guys look at me. WTF!

I'm used to it

papersmile is gorgeous and guys always notice her

but if they approach I have no insecurity cause she will be tougher on them than I could be

all I could ever do is beat the crap out of them. she uses words to emasculate them and make em look like idiots
