I've had several more requests from folks to be March Pals, so I am extending the call for March Secret pals until Friday, February 27th, after that, you will be added to the list for April.

Please, everyone, do NOT post in this thread you'd like to be a Secret Pal. I'd like to keep it secret as much as possible who is participating. Please, e-mail me instead that you are interested in participating. Thanks a bunch!!

Just a reminder........
If you are going to mail that does not bend, you must buy a mailer envelope, the kind with the bubble-wrap inside. Too many objects get lost or broken in the machines at the post office.....(like the Blackberry phone someone tried to mail yesterday).  I didn't feel it in the envelope and smashed the heck out of it

Yep, those are okay, if you have any doubts about it, best bet is to go into your local post office and give it to the clerk behind the counter. They can put it in a separate tray for manual handling if there is a problem. |

You are to mail your pal a present, a card, a magnet, a calendar, a bookmark, a T-shirt, a coffee mug, a postcard, anything specific to that pal or where you live...basically WHATEVER you choose to mail to your pal is totally up to you. The idea is no one will know who their pal is until they receive something from them and then the next month new pals will be drawn for those who indicate they want to participate. When you receive something from your pal, come back here and share it with all of us!! |
