probably would mostly. my mom did it for 30 years, it's a tough, thankless job. please treat servers well and tip generously!

I couldnt bring myself to wait tables, i would rather clean the street with my tongue.

Oh yes - I made very, very good tips...

I was one before and got fired for slapping a guys hand with the setting of silverware I had in my hand because he would not stop touching my butt when I walked by. So I would guess that I would not.

Probably not because that is the hardest job and you have to put up with demands from everyone from every direction. Seems so unfair you pay so much for the meal and so often people are such cheapskates. Knocks me out when they leave half the meal on the plate, order and overpriced dessert or Alcohol and then stiff the server. Or the brat or spouse that picks up the tip.

Humm guess that means I should not answer lol actually have not waited tables now for the last 12 years. But.........before that time I actually waited tables at a Mexican Restaurant that I in fact worked at for 8 years. ( yeppiers I said 8 years) And actually I made very good money in tips. Then before that I was a Bartender for 10 years and not only did I make good money but I really enjoyed it as well.

It is a profession that in fact if one actually pays attention to those they wait on through out the meal as they should. The money is there to be made if they pay attention and have the patience it takes to deal with people everyday.
