I have been making really good smoothies with the recipes the doctor gave me. Share, please One scoop no fat frozen yogurt .I half glass skim milk I banana and any frozen fruit you like as long as it includes mangos which are good for lowering cholesterol and a bit of brown sugar or honey and blend away. It is very good for being healthy.
