Yes thay are .There is a real shortage of nurses here so the ones thay do have are worked to death.

I think My daughter is working a double shift today.Man thats rough! Well I made it a point back around 2005 to cut back on my hours changed to working only half days................... Best decision of my life. I only had to decide which half of the day to work, the first twelve hours or the last twelve hours.

Best decision of my life. I only had to decide which half of the day to work, the first twelve hours or the last twelve hours.
Actually I took the middle of the road and went from 5:30-5:30. Morning Betty. |

Today she is putting in 16 hours then back at 7am tomorrow yesterday it was 11 hrs.

I don't cause I absoulutely hated my last job...it was awful and the people I worked with were down right nasty!

But I was ready to retire there is a big difference I think between not working cause you want to than not working cause you are forced to.
