I was interested in the highland line back in Virginia when I was raising calves. They are an amazing breed. Never got to taste one.

Actually Bar-B-Que is a slow roasting/cooking process that takes hours and hours.

Grilling is what you do with the Weber in the back yard - just a few minutes to an hour or two.

The type of meat doesn't matter.
