Ive seen that to much as a surgical technican and theres not a thing you could really do. just try to be there for them and pray that they will be ok.

Me too Honestly I still catch myself at times when I'm stressed looking for something to cut with.

I feel everyone has went thru this stage at one point. that when you look at yourself in the mirror you dont feel like that person staring back at you is really you. you dont know who you really are.

I still do the same thing. with time is gets better
