I hate the changing the way I eat issue. It isn't that I eat that horrible. But when something is soooooo good, it end up having seconds that I shouldn't eat.

Cutting out soda has been helping a lot. I've discovered that when I don't drink soda, I end up drinking three times the fluids. Getting enough water is no longer a problem.

I was going great on the workouts until I got an ear infection and was having trouble doing my cardio. Now I've got to try to get back on track with that.

I go to the gym 6 days a week. I lift and do cardio. I'm not perfect with my diet but I'm at the gym so often that I find ways to make up for it.

Once you get in the habit of going to the gym and watching what you eat daily it just becomes part of your daily activities.

I've always preferred a guy with a little bit of a tummy and/or love handles over and above the guy who was ripped.

If a guy is going to spend all his free time in a gym trying to look good, when is he going to have time to spend with me?

I don't want to watch what I eat constantly. I like my food and if I had to give it all up in order to shed 5 lbs, I'd rather be happy and eating what I like.
