So I am cooking Sunday dinner for a few friends....grilled pork tenderloin, butter beans, broccoli casserole, and kentucky cornbread...now, should I do a house salad or do you think that is enough???? Oh, drunk strawberries with chocolate sauce for dessert.....sound ok????

A simple house salad wouldn't hurt. Everybody that knows me, knows they can expect salad when they come over to eat. How do u do ur drunk strawberies?

one pint of strawberries...hule them...place in a glass bowl.....pour orange liquer over them....soak for about 4 hours...in a sauce pan, pour one cup of whipping cream over low heat, let it reduce a little...add one large Dove chocolate bar to it..and a pinch of salt...let it melt...drain strawberries and place in a dessert bowl, pour sauce on top and add real whip cream to the top...so yummy

Ya, a light salad with fruit would be nice with the meal. Now I'm jellous, I'm stuck with truck stop food and your serving a great meal, mmmmmmmmmm! Lol

You can add flaver to the tenderloins by taking 1.5 cups of balsomic vinegar and reduce it over low heat till it becomes a syrup. The drizzle over the cooked tenderloins. Mmmmmm, good!

oh, how i love week -days. Guess , i have tried about every kind of food you can think of--except---MirrorMirror's turtle soup. That i have not tried yet.
