I wrote this 10 years ago and am amazed that
I can still remember it!

I wish that could come true., for me.

I wrote this when I attended a recently divorced/seperated/support group 10 years ago. There were mostly women in the group. I shared this poem and probably could have taken advantage of the attention they gave me because of my passion for expressing myself with words. The few men in the group initially thought I shared it just to score with the ladies who were hurting and had recent loss of love. (as was I), but expressing my feelings was the only way I knew how to address my heartache.
