dual breaks on tires are awesome.... old muscle cars werent set up for
stopping like that...

got a 69 bug i'm workin on right now. keep tellin myself i want to put a
289 or a 302 into the front of it. haha one big dream on my part.

anything from the 60's is definately a muscle car... "critics" argue
about 72/73 being the last year for "true" muscle cars though because of
the gas crisis, chevy/ford/mopar decided to make the engines with less
power... :cry:

Then their are people who are more generous and say 1975 is the cut
off... I agree because I had a '74 Camaro... but once you get to the
hatchback Camaros....then it's a no go :tongue:

z-28's weren't bad. my dad had one, a, hell can't remember what yr it
was but it had a few modifications to the motor with posi track & some
souped up tranny from the factory.

my car gets 25 mpg city... 30 hwy so the engine size is not an issue
these days...

Well, I dont know just how many of you remember these, but my favorite
muscle car of all time has to be the '69 Plymouth Superbirds and Dodge
Super Bees. They both had those sloped down nose front ends with the
large "wing" rear spoilers.
