      I ain't judging ya, woman!

Constipation is a serious issue. Which is why I googled your inquiry and here's my googled opinion: Cheese by itself is not a constipating agent. If you only eat protein, then yeah, cheese will add to your clogged up problem. Have fiber with your daily diet and you should be fine. Cheese is a binder, so don't forget to drink eight glasses of water daily. Water helps. Carrot juice is good also.

Having lived in Wisconsin all my life, trust me, I KNOW my cheese! Forget those wannabes in California. They don't have a clue.

Personally, it doesn't block me up in the slightest. I can eat it all day, and I'll still sh!t like a Christmas goose. ![]()
Any questions? |

I don't experience constipation from consuming cheese. The smell of Fromunda cheese is pretty foul on occasion.
