I can fix damn near anything mechanical and some things electronic. If I got the tools then I can fix it but then again I have done my share of MacGuyvering things together in bad situations. Its all in my hands!

well, i can get out of body and move stuff around, and pinch or hit people if i'm so inclined, but i don't interfere with people. there may be an ethereal penalty i'm not aware of. i don't want to risk it.
