Oh god....all this talk about brussel sprouts has me heading to the fridge...made some last night with butter and garlic then you wrap them in bacon pieces and finish them off in the oven...sweet merciful GOD they are sooooooo good. (I also made up a pan of mild jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese wrapped with the rest of the bacon.....ooooohhhhhhh man they rock!)
