energy drinks are just plain terrible for you. An apple will give you more of a boost than coffee will believe it or not.
You come crashing down off those energy drinks as well. Which is why people will drink them all day long.
If you don't drink them now, I recommend not ever starting.

I used to snort coke for lift- just kidding. When I was in training, one of the things they taught us was to slap our forearms. Always seem to work.

I know this may be just too simple.
How about a Cup of Tea?
I like Green Tea sometimes in the morning. It has a small amount of cafeine and has some other properties that help to get you going.

dont drink energy drinks!! All it is is caffine!!

Try exercising on a regular basis, that helps to keep your energy levels up.

Thats why I said regular basis!! Your body will get used to the energy levels from working out and boost your levels even when your not working out.

I dont know about you, but I can't sleep right after a good workout, but I can sleep after sex, I think it has something to do with all the chemicals involved with the sex..haha its kinda like after eating turkey on thanksgiving!laugh

I've tried some of the energy drinks and really haven't noticed any difference. Of course, I drink 3712 bottles of Pepsi a day so that may account for it.

Exercise more... eat fresh fruit and veges... less carbs... and minimal protein, and you will have more energy.

Also the cooler weather is a contributor to slowing down a little... it's the human version of hibernating...
