Timothy Oliphant plays the "Hitman", but that's about it as far as "name talent". It was one of those films that just sort of came and went- nothing particularly stand-out about it at all.

Yeah. It's based off a series of video games called "Hitman" where a genetically-engineered super killer gets loose and starts doing contract killings. Someone managed to snag the movie rights to the game franchise and tried to make a movie about it.
