Is it required in your belief system that one eats healthy and lives healthy with exercise.
Do you have to be a vegetarian when you practice your belief system? Do you have to eat a certain amount of food each day? Do you have to eat certain foods only? Is it written in your belief system on how to eat and drink each day? How important is this advice for you and do you actually stick to its teachings? |

some religions indicate not to over indulge yourself with food and drink
I enjoy food and drink a great many times throughout the year and certainly got results beyond just being full at the moment. lol In Buddhism it simply says if you eat or drink to much you will get most definetly a result to remember therefore it has taught me to enjoy everything in moderate courses |

Yes I do keep to what Lev. 11 says to eat. like no pork ot shellfish, rabbitt, catfish and so on.
Pork has been proven yet hidden to be one of the major causes of diseases. The study was barely publisized and then pulled. But one example they did was the melting point of pig fat vs beef fat. what clogs our arteries. The results pig fat would begin melting at 105 degrees beef fat at 101 degrees. The conclusion. any type of hard work or excersie for 20 minutes your core body temp rises enough to flush the Beef fat from your viens and body. Pork fat to get a core temp of 105 degrees you have to be deathly sick and they concluded eating pork was a major cause of heart attacks. Scriptures says pork is an abomination to you if you eat it meaning will bring on sickness. Beef it says is ok for food.. Blessings...Miles |

I know that the Koran forbids to eat pork. I also find it ironic that one can buy kosher pork at a grocery store where there is a department for only kosher foods to buy. yet nevertheless thankyou for your knowledge as usual. |
