I don't search profiles anymore since I no longer view this site as a 'dating' opportunity.
If I see them in the forums and they say something that interests me I might view their profile. However I will say that when I DID use the search features here I would limit my scope to 50 miles and an age range that interested me. Then yes, I would look at the pic before reading the profile. |

then i guess i suck at spelling period. to bad so sad  I use Mozilla Firefox it has spell check. Hi Welcome to the site  I don't look through search. I'll look at profiles of posters or if a pic catches my eye. |

Reading one profile is reading them all.

I read the profiles, and then I look again at the headline and the location.
There are some really neat profiles. I enjoy the personality and care that is shown in some of them, but I am just reading out of interest in the people. |

we all look at the pic first! unless you close your eyes, randomly pic a profile and put a piece of tape over the pic there is no way to read a profile without seeing a pic unless they dont have one!!! And yes I look at the pic first. Come on people a little honesty here. |

 I didnt say i didnt look at the pics just that its not my first concern lol. I started this cause a couple people seemed to be extra concerned abough me not having a pic up at first. was just wondering how many people really only looked at the pic. If I am interested ya then i want to see what you look like. duh lol.

only check out profiles if something said in the forums gets my attention, otherwise I don't.

I was wondering how many people only read the profiles if they like your picture? I look at them by interest first then picture. how do you do it? I may notice a pic but I don't make a choice to read a profile based solely on that. I look to see where they are, first. The I see what their situation is re: kids and drinking. Since most profiles consist of the same seven words (or less), it isn't really all that much of a time investment! |

Unless someone doesn't have a picture it is hard not to see them since that what appears first when you view a profile.
I look at age location and status then read the profile, I do not do searches and only look at people that have looked at me or I have seen and they have said something that tickle my curiosity in the forum. I have also done the Mutual Match thing since i keep getting emails telling me people want to MM with me. One last thing I only look at women profiles. |
