for the record, i have no idea if this was meant in direct reference to
any specific member, but that's not how i personally took it.

i admit that i don't like being called certain names and terms of
endearment...and that i find some of them even patronizing. when i'm
working or being professional, i don't wish to be called "baby" or
"girl".

at the same time, i wasn't making a swipe at anyone...and i'm quick to
tell you if something bothers me. i'll point out, for instance, that
i'm a woman...no girl here! or i'll remind you what my name is.
