what is mash? The term sour-mash refers to the process of employing leftover liquid from a primary distillation to a subsequent mash for quality control. With modern distilling methods there is little difference between the final products of the sweet-mash and sour-mash methods. (Corn whiskey in new barrels will never compare with barley whiskey in aged barrels. Just know your whiskeys.) |

I gotta say I prefer Jameson or Crown not a big fan of sweets like Jack and Southern... and true that about Hawaii and Bourbon My g-dad made me drink that ****. At a young age 2 Kanaka ****.
