i'm not a parent but i bribe my godchildren, neices, and sunday school kids. unfortunately money doesn't work anymore. you tell a kid you have a dollar and they act like a dollar is just way too cheap!

I have been blessed with 4 Incredible Kids and a Grandchild, and I have never had to Bribe them,,, We have always worked together as a Team and pulled from each other and each others strengths,,, I have been truely Blessed

yes but shes 18months it so easy to say i give you a cheesys if you sit on the floor and be good. but the thing is it dose not last long.

Sometimes........but it was more like when they were grounded, they had conditions to get ungrounded but that might not be a bribe!

my dad attempts to still bribe me. I think all parents are guilty of it at some point :) "Honey, if you behave in the store I'll buy you a toy" My dad tries to bribe me to stay in Syracuse with a cell phone :P I don't take it though...hehe.

adj do u have children? bribes can be effective sometimes, say like allowance.........it must be earned but in away a bribe too! right?

Every day! and if bribery doens't work, I threaten to tkae their lives back... in extreme situations, of course... you'll be amazed how fast it brings results... and laughter after... My kids are wonderful, but they are kids, and I am not known to be a model of patience.

only somtimes.I bribe them with theire computer time,X-BOX and T-V. they would die with out there games.
