You all may disagree, but I believe Bob Dylan is on a separate level than anyone else. The word genius is used too often, but it applies in Dylan's case. |

I'm bumping this thread back into existence, just to give it its fair due for spraining my brain.
Narrowing this has given me as near a mini-stroke as the "favorite Beatles songs" threads have. As if I can even narrow that one to one album? OUCH! Have you folks no common decency? Oh, the inhumanity! My brain's burned rubber on these, much like the computer playing tic-tac-toe in "War Games" film. So, I decline to answer due to sheer brain fatigue inability. I do echo the accolades to (esp)Bob Dylan(amazing bard to melodies wizardo!) and the Beatles(together and alone). I must honour Bernie Taupin in the Elton John shout-out, they made each other great! There are so/too many to list. Particularly what we didn't get to see of many of their works, due to their lives or partnerships being cut short! There, that was my magnificent lack thereof inability - ala "one glorious profile" type cop outs! |
