Am I the only one looking forward to seeing the new 'Underworld' installment? I love that the plot is about how it all began with the Lycan and Vampire war. I think that it will prove to be interesting. It's nice to see a vampire movie be more than just bite 'em on the neck and scare the sh*t outta the audience. I'm really lookin forward to seein more of Lucian. He's one hot Lycan!

He's such a snob though. Kills his daughter because she's preggers with a Lycan's child. And feels that feeding on livestock is beneath him. I will say he has a sexyness about him though.
I'm just so looking forward to getting more of the history behind the storyline. I wish they had done more of the Vampire Chronicles into movies. I'm gonna have to go see the 'Twilight' movie and see if that's worth all the fuss. |

Hasn't the world suffered enough with two Underworld movies already? Why does there need to be a 3rd one?

The ironic thing is that I don't remember either previous Underworld movies being that big a hit- the first one did moderately well (from what I recall) and I didn't even know of them releasing a second flick it was so under the radar. |

I happen to think that a movie doesn't have to make millions to be successful. This type of film appeals to a certain group of people. It has an underground following who happen to like the movie simply for it's storyline. A movie doesn't have to be based on truth, reality, or thought provoking subject in order to be found entertaining. The reason most everyday people go to the theater is simply to be taken out of their everyday busy lives for 2 hours and simply be entertained.

I'm excited about it...and I like that Rhona Mitra is in it. Chick is freaking hot man. She so owned Doomsday.
And glad that Michael Sheen and Bill Nighy returned too. Both are excellent actors. |

So? That uber-stupid Bill Blart movie with that "King of Queens" dude scored NUMBAH ONE!!! So THERE!!! And I STILL wouldn't see either movie!
