The State of Hawaii has certified his birth certificate.

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) considered lower court decisions against those who brought suits regarding the birth certificate in at least two cases and found them to be without merit and decided to let the rulings of the lower courts stand.

Btw, Hawaii is part of the USA, the last time that I checked.

Impressive posts here. All this symbolic adoration, the masses in a frenzy for Obama. Screaming "hope" and "change" for a new nation! The people have spoken! The only comparison I can think of that rivals all this hype was in the 1930's in Germany.

In all actuality, the Obama campaign and people who support him remind me more of a "Sham-Wow" infomerical than anything. Obama being "Vince" of course. "Hey, you know us socialist/marxist liberals, we do all the things that make you feel good" (except the "special offer" will last more than "all day"). Cut to first guy-"If you want further redistribution of wealth, more government, you'd be nuts not to support him". Go to obese woman-"Oh my G-d, I couldn't live without him". Cut to next woman at an Obama rally- "I don't need to waste time working when Obama will pay for my mortgage and gas for my car". All I can say is "Scam-Wowwwww".

I just foresee slight differences.

First letter for Obama- Blame Bush
Second letter- Blame America
Third letter- Blame Bush and America

First of all the documents from Hawaii were not proven to be anything more than copies if memory serves me well and they lack the state seal. There are also college documents that are from Indonesia which may very well cite his birth place being Kenya. Those documents have been sealed and attempts for Obama to show proof have been rebuffed time and time again.
If Obama is not really a naturally born citizen he broke the law and so did the DNC as well as committed a blatant act of treason against our nation and its constitution.

I also have a serious issue with his Marxist and racist beliefs. Do you not remember some of the rhetoric of Obama's past?

Do you remember when Al Gore said it would be nice if gas was $5.00 a gallon? Well, he got his wish and look at what happened! With a weakening housing market the rise in fuel prices caused a cascade melt down of our economy.

I didn't get no $600.00 stimulus check. Did you? If you did thank BUSH for it! So now what is our pro Democratic Congress doing? Giving our money to those who caused all of the problems in the first place.

He didn't create all of this mess but not once did he stand before us and say we are heading in a bad direction. One week the economy was fine and the next hes asking for 750 billion dollars. FYI I spoke out against the bailouts and continue to do so today!!!

St. Louis had the independents. I still preferred Obama. Yes, I did the research.

Why do people assume those of us that voted for Obama didn't research him. Geez. He's our president now. Why are we still harping on this bs. We elect human beings to be president, not saints, so if Obama screws up it won't be an absolute shock to anyone, including those who voted for him. Hell he won't be any worse than what we have endured for the last 8 years.

Well I am not ready to celebrate but I am still taking a wait & see attitude. He has alot more to prove than charisma. That might even be phoney but I'm not totally convinced...

Well I will give this...many in think it's a historic event...the first black prez and all that. If that's what it takes to affirm blacks then let them have their day. They need to be validated as part of the American landscape. Even if in gesture only.

As far as governing...I wish OBAMA well and want to see him succeed... but he has alot to prove. In that, no American should let him or his party off the hook. We'll see....
