my neurologist says its not anything like that,, its vascular or something like that,,, im waiting to have an mri,, usually the relplax or whatever it is helps kill it,, but it aint touching it tonight,,, Do you remember that movie "Mask" with Cher???? Visualization and self talk.....think yourself well. I know it sounds weird but you can actually train your brain to not feel pain. or do alot of drugs.

i dont want to be doped all the time,, i just want them to go away well you have insomnia and migraines. Warm milk and sleeping pills for the insomnia...... Check your diet first for migraines. Alot of foods trigger it. Also, preservatives in our foods. Google migraines and the triggers and see if you can pin point any.
