At My Bank, when I made my payment...

The young man who took it, gave me a $100.00 bill back...

My Check was for the CORRECT AMOUNT...

I went back inside, tried to return the $100.00, he got mad at me.....

Question:

1. Should I return to the Bank and try again to point out HIS mistake..

2. Just let it go, in which case he WILL have to pay it out of his own pocket/lose his JOB...

BTW: This payment left me with $1.29 in my pocket until Feb. 2nd.

You went back in and tried to return it already? Did you return it to the same person that gave it to you?

your heart is being tried...you know what to do or you would not be asking...just because he is an ass does not give you reason to be untrue to yourself...who knows there maybe even be some kind of reward for being honest...

Thanks, You are right there, the money WILL be returned, one way or the other...

But thing is... IF I CAN give this Young Man a chance by showing him that he made a mistake.... AND he will profit from by;

Being more cautious and listening to his elders, in the future... Thereby saving his 'Hard-to-come-by-job?

Try to reason with the teller. But just so he won't recognize you, put on a ski mask before going back inside.

Awww and by doing the right thing and putting him in his place as well look how many more you helped in the long run.

But with you being what you are it did surprise me that you had to ask this question. Or was it in fact you already knew what you were going to do and in fact wanted to see others reactions instead.bigsmile
