Net neutrality provisions were snuck into the bill signed by Congress today releasing the last $350 billion of the Tarp bailout money.

The $350 billion will probably do about as much good as the first $350 (in other words, none), but - instead of rum and wooden arrow regulations - at least we got something useful this time in the form of net neutrality.

Lobbyists and attorneys will no doubt attempt to create loopholes in the net neutrality bill, and the fight to keep the net free is probably just beginning. But it is an important victory, nonetheless.

Some other hopeful news regarding this.

Net Neutrality Advocates In Charge Of Obama Team Review of FCC
By Sarah Lai Stirlan

The Obama-Biden transition team on Friday named two long-time net neutrality advocates to head up its Federal Communications Commission Review team.

Susan Crawford, a professor at the University of Michigan Law School, and Kevin Werbach, a former FCC staffer, organizer of the annual tech conference Supernova, and a Wharton professor, will lead the Obama-Biden transition team's review of the FCC.

Incorrect. Net Neutrality is nothing but a communism.

It is still a stealing, even though now it is you, stealing from somebody else. Even when you steal from the rich.

Because, I don't believe that these people will do anything good, I think that whatever N.N. provisions they have inserted in the current bill, will mean nothing. The most likely outcome is Net Neutrality will be supported.

So, good for you then...

Well it's no surprise that you feel as you do nogames

At least you are consistent...if that's a virtue?

The truth is consistent, not I. It is consistent by it's very nature. It doesn't need to change it's own flow to suit it's own lust.

Again, I haven't said a thing about myself.

Besides, it's lie, that is entertaining. The truth is sad.
