Hell all,my name is Robin and every so often I come in here to see if there is anybody interesting to talk to out there,but what I've noticed over the last little while is not many peoples choose to talk at all,even though they sit logged in because I have certainly messaged a few and not gotten any response.I Would honestly have to say that this site is as boring as the *Plentyoffish* site,no talkers

Post in the forums. There are plenty of talkers in there silly.

Only 2 posts and you are complaining... you need to get into the forums and talk so people can get to know you...

Well then say something interesting and maybe someone would have and interesting reply. Conversation is a two way street.

Exactly. You'll get more conversation getting involved in the Forums then emailing anyone. And trust me, the Forums on here are nothing like the forums on POF. People are a lot friendlier here! |

Well, the forums are certainly better here than on the other site -- I tried those over there, nothing really to write home about.
I do agree with you on the e-mail thing -- when I first signed up here, I tried sending some e-mails and NEVER got a reply. Now, I get tons of e-mail every day, and it's all because I've been in the forums a lot. The forums are really the key here. |

Hey if you see unread deleted don't be disappointed, some users (.01%) get 100 new emails a day if they have a great picture up. People like that don't have time to read your message even if they wanted to.

POF is a huge waste of time!! Granted alot of us windowshop from time to time, but the action is in the forums.

If you want people to talk to you via e-mail get a real pic. Otherwise, post in the forums. It's where all the action is.
