The really fun ones are the ones who just aren't capable of shutting up long enough to actually listen to, and follow instructions. This latest customer makes me feel like a normal person.

DAMN! that guy sure didn't know what he was doing. Poor Tech guy.

BTW.. I reather have this dude vs some guy that you might have now a days from some other coutry who you can't understand at all. I seem to have gotten a lot of those dumbass's.. I even feel smarter then they do at times.. after all I spend most of the time going WHAT? WHAT? .. not trying to piss them off but come on get some damn englist person on the phone.. cause I can't understand a word that is coming out of there mouth when they start to speak.

As well as I don't mean no disrepesct towards them but my goodness, when your on the phone with them you need to listen really well.

Instead of laughing at then you should thank them 'cause if everybody knew what they were doing you would be out of a job.

Been there before. Never thought of plan "B", I'll put that one in the tool kit for future use.
Thanks for sharing that.

Finally, got the router up, routed incoming ssh to the machine, and got his machine up. You know how difficult it is to deal with someone who makes ME feel normal by comparison?

Oh, and true to form, he's got the power to scan 3 dimensional objects at the push of a button, and he needs me to turn it on for him. noway noway noway
