Everyone have a blessed day!!! I don't know how long you've been sober, but if you're relatively new to sobriety, it'll take a while to get normal sleep. Just be patient with yourself. |

Yeah, I'm not sure what you need advice on either. Insomnia? I suffer from it myself, might be able to give a few tips but they don't always work for me.
If it's something else, I think a re-phrasing of the question might be in order.
