I think the hardest part of it is... Trying to get over the reasons you were together in the first place. Even in most bad relationships, People will cling on hoping to get the good side of it back.

No, there is no reason to hold to that which cannot be. I have released them all to live happily elsewhere in this world. Holding on to someone who has let you go or cannot give what you need to have a healthy relationship is wasted time and time is too precious for that. |

No problem. I have gotten over them. It's so weird because at the time it's going on, you can't imagine life going on without them, but it sure does and it's not the end of the world.
It would be very different I imagine if it was due to a death. |
