Every day, there are 1633 new "Why do guys....?" threads asking why do guys do this inconsiderate thing, or that thoughtless thing, or this other stupid thing, or this other other insensitive thing, blah blah blah, ad infinitum, world without end, amen.

Which is fine, because people need to vent, and this is a good place to vent, and also because I think it's important to let new people see that this is acceptable policy, etc., here. Got a gripe? Say something, it's OK.

BUT -- here's the thing. Now that I have read over 70,000,000 of these threads, it occurs to me that I don't do ANY of the things that are constantly being complained about.

How is this possible?

I have no idea.

But maybe it explains a few things. Maybe I would do better if I DID leave the toilet seat up, if I DID change plans for no reason without telling anyone, if I DID forget birthdays and holidays, if I DID flirt with random arbitrary women when on a date with someone else, if I DID pull up in front of her house and honk the horn instead of going to the door....

Well, you get the picture.

Because THESE are the things that women NOTICE and COMPLAIN about!

Half the battle is in just getting noticed, and getting attention for SOMETHING, right?

Yes there really is! One of these days I will learn from it and be an obnoxious witch and land me a man. A friend of mine is totally crabby and not nice to men and has them falling at her feet.
