I surely hope you make headway with getting the situation under control. You and your neighbors need to inudate them night and day with calls. How about your local state representative. Get enough of you to call their state office and see what they can do for you. Start dialing...nothing like getting a neighorhood of angry women calling for action.

 Oh trust me, I will be tearing the phone lines and emails up this morning. I have lived here 7 years and this has been an ongoing problem. But this is the last straw. I just got my car out of the shop last summer for the same damn thing. The association isn't going to be too damn happy with me either
