Topic: Any hardcore metal fans out there?!

Hey just lookin to meet some fellow metal fans! I'm also looking for any bad ass underground/not so known metal bands that some of you may know about. If so, post it!

One of my favorites at the moment is a band called Ghost Machine. It's the singer from Motograter and 5FDP. :)

They should still have tracks on MP3.com though - their EP The Wastelands (inspired by Stephen King's Dark Tower series) is awesome. I'll see if I can find the link.

Music is pretty good, I think they need a new singer though lol lol I know what you mean - his voice can seem a bit weak compared to the heavyness of the music. Got to admit though their drummer is one of the best metal drummers I've ever heard.

Dead to Fall aren't underground but they are great as well

I've heard of most of those. I need some underground stuff!! Bands not many people have heard of. I dont know how much of the power metal scene you know, but one of my favorite is Sonata Arctica. Full Moon is one of my favorite songs from them. Another Power metal band is Angra, Stratovarious, Twilightning (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBcK7KVxic4). Also if you like a little screaming check out The Agonist. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxaYzlAZrHI They just got a label a year ago and I saw them at a Sonata Arctica concert in Houston. (Houston is a huge city and only about 100 people were at the concert so I would say underground lol) These guys were cool and I ended up spending a lot of time talking to the guitarist before I knew he was in a band.
