For one thing, they call them prisoners for a reason. They can't or are not mentally stable enough to live with the public. They should be treated with kindness but having a television outside your cell is not justifiable. Criminality is NOT synonymous with mental stability. That is a out and out false statement. Prison is punishment. Prison should be a punishment, but according to this article, its not. The article is bunk.

television checkers cards chow with a thumbs up So i went though the article, and this is what he has that supposedly other prisoners don't have... Lol, i give my prisoners full access to all of those things... Well, sometimes i take tv away if they do something really horrible... ^_^
