Have you ever tried the raspberry balsamic vinegar? It is really good on salads. I love it. I gain all my weight due to a relationship where I was made to feel I couldn't do anything right. I was a nobody. So I solice in food. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kudos to you Flame..thats how I feel too ! Been 8 yrs for me. At least my dad got to see me go back to the old me. He was so happy that I was regaining my life. He would say the nicest things when I would have to go buy smaller pants. I don't know what he would say today! Only 3yrs for me, but I've already started getting back to the old me. The weight i think is the last step. Working on it. Getting there. You go girl!!!!!!

hang in there, you will stumble right into it. The thing to remember is patience. I felt the same way for a long time, then, whoops, about tripped up because I wasn't paying attention, and I don't mind that.

these women are devious creatures...right when you think you are abandoned and safe....ZAP..one of them has you and you didn't even see it coming. I think that they get together and share notes and make plans without warning we males

Well it's only been 3 yrs for me. People tell me just when you are comfortable with being single and you're not looking for someone else to complete you is when a relationship will find you. Chin up. I'm learning to just take one day at a time. Some days are ok and some days are better. |

Been a widow now for 12 years and Although I miss my husband every single day , I am surprised how much I do enjoy being single!
