Liver My mom makes me her fried beef liver for my birthday every year per my request. I do like the way that she makes it.

Here is my list: Shrimp Crab Lobster Catfish Pig Camel Kangaroo Emu Liver Tripe Milk Mushrooms Snails Rabbit Liverwrust (I used to like, now it makes me gag!  ) Headcheese Cottage Cheese Lima Beans Cream Cheese Goat Cheese Feta Cheese That's all I can think of for now...what about you? Nothing else to add?   Give me a minute Sweetie Darling and I am certain I will add to the list!

Only okra. My dad (95 years old, I just buried him 8/11/08) he turned me onto fried okra. I like that, but put that nastiness on a plate running with the slime and I just might puke! I can't get past the slime. Ugh. When you fry it...no slime!!!! Delicious! |
