I dont get it... We watch all the romantic comedies, we have heard all the fairy tales and we have all had our hearts broken at one time or another...

So... What is love...

I think love is a powerfull emotion that modivates us to do things for someone elses pleasure...
I think love is a journey, not a destination.
I think love ebbs and flows in a relationship. Sometimes its all consuming and sometimes it fades to the background...
I think it takes work, effort, communication and understanding to keep it alive...

I think its a wonderfull thing and should be respected.

Love is when you care for someone so much, that you are willing to devote your remaining years to trying to understand them.

Love is just a high level of comfort and respect, people just over romanticize the word.

Love is trust, it is knowing your partner. Love is building days, hours, weeks, months and years on top of each other until you can look upon your relationship and feel truly appreciated, validated, and treasured.
