I have been asking people a lot this week 'who' they are not 'what' they
are.

The words I can use to describe myself like creative, empathic, healer,
friendly counsel, artist, daughter, friend, woman of stong ideals, an
optimist, a hopeful dreamer, a romanic, silly, mindful...

They all are labels describing what I am, what I project and what people
perceive ... but are not who I am.

'Who" I am is everything and no thing. Part of all that is but not all
that is.

Where does the essence of me end and the essence you begin? There is no
separation. We are all the same thing.

Each of us a wave in a vast ocean. Part of the ocean but individualized
as a wave for a time. When the time is done, I will sink back into the
whole of the ocean.

We have this notion of separate so that we may experience and learn and
grow. But the 'who' of me knows no separation.

I am a giving person, I would give you the shirt off of my back if you
needed it more than I did. I have had a rough life, but try not to let
that get me down keep your head up because someone is always worse off
than you! I just try to abide by the rules treat someone
as you want to be treated!
