You know i've been to basketball,football, and hockey games and there is
a different feeling in a ballpark i really can't put my finger on. I've played the the game all my life and still can't figure out why i get so excited at a baseball game and not as much at the other games I played the others also (except hockey). I love the other sports too, What is it about a baseball diamond that makes me and other people feel the same way?

Who decided to make the bases 90 feet apart? 5 more feet in either direction and the game is pointless? I love baseball. I can watch little kids play it, High schoolers, The pro's and even beer bellied older dudes like myself. It's the greatest game ever invented. |
