For me it's living life on life's terms and not giving up no matter how bad it gets. Looking for a solution instead of living in the problem. Walking through all your fears instead of side stepping and ignoring them. Being able to admit and ask for help because you can't always go through life alone. Sticking by those you love when the bad times come and admitting when you hurt.
