If someone is single and possibly looking for a mate or date, they should always go out dressed well. Something that makes them feel good and confidant.
Both sexes... you would hate to run into the "possible one" not looking confidant enough to even look at them and say "Hi" or something. By the time you got back home and changed and cleaned up... they would be gone...

Jeans and nothing else. Preferably making me a cup of coffee. yeah and as long as they look good with no shirt on...forget the coffee...dinner is better!! while I have my whip...LOL
