Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget. My fav show as a kid. I'd laugh because he would get so pissed that his plans were foiled by an idiot, classic!

Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget. My fav show as a kid. I'd laugh because he would get so pissed that his plans were foiled by an idiot, classic! I remember during those early episodes he had thin toothpick arms and in later eps he was ripped and muscular like he'd been pumping iron.

Actually now that I think about it Dr. Lovelace from the ORIGINAL TV series. He ALWAYS got away Always had HOT girls with him He was so devious and caniving and he was a Short Short man. Damn he was smart. Had class too. Also had the classic Code of Villainous Conduct thing going on with James West too. He always had hot girls with him. DAMN HE WAS GOOD!
