Topic: What would you change for love?

There is a premis that if you want a different result that you have to change the variables involved. What are you willing to change about you that would bring love into your life in 2009?

My weakness for strays animals causes me to attract men of the same needy nature. What I have changed is I leave the stray men where I found them and hand them the stray dog that followed me if they need someone to sleep with.

everyone can make improvements in themselves unless you're perfect I so agree. Flexibility is imperative in keeping a relationship strong. It's never good to become the person someone wants you to be, but improving in areas where you are weak only shows commitment to being the best person you can be. Who wants to be with someone who won't accept change or aspire to growth? I would only hope that my partner would support me in the changes I would like to make for myself. Sorry, got a little off topic. To bring love? If I was without love, I surely would think about improvements to myself that might help that along. Nothing wrong with a little sprucing up inside and out!

The downside to that is, if a person was good enough to start dating in the first place, there's no reason they should have to change anything about themselves later, regardless of what it is.

I don't think I would change me for the sake of love. I do think that people evolve and change each and everyday. I also believe in the word compromise. I just have to say take me as I am or don't take me at all.The same as I take him.
